Ingredients:
4 medium lavash breads
caramelised onions from a jar
1½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
extra-virgin olive oil
fresh basil leaves
freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Brush lavash breads with a little olive oil. Scatter caramelised onions and cheese on top of the lavash bread, season with pepper.
Step 2
Put under hot grill for 2 minutes, until cheese melts. Scatter some basil leaves on top and serve warm with a nice green salad on the side.
