200gr almond powder
200gr confectioner’s sugar
30gr praline paste
20gr orange spoon sweet, chopped


Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor; cover and process until smooth. If dough is too thick, add a little extra praline. If too loose, add a little extra almond powder.

Step 2
Form balls of praline – almond paste rolling in cacao powder or sugar.
