A quick-and-easy breakfast dish! Warm, comforting and healthy! You won’t want to add sugar!

Serves:Preparation time: 5′ Cooks in: 10′ Ready in: 15′

1 cup whole milk
20 gr quick or old fashioned oats
6 dried apricots, chopped
1 red apple, peeled, diced

Step 1
In a saucepan bring milk, dried apricots and oats to a boil.

Step 2
Reduce heat to medium; cook about 1 minute for quick oats (or 3-5 minutes for old fashioned oats) stirring occasionally.

Step 3
When most of liquid is absorbed, remove from heat. Let cool for 5 minutes, add diced apple and serve.
