This “meze” is perfect for a nice glass of wine of beer. Enjoy while it is still warm!

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 15′ Cooks in: 1:30′ Ready in: 1:45′

4 slices blue cheese of your choice
2 cups oat
1 cup flour
1 egg beaten
sunflower oil for frying

Step 1
Brush cheese slices with water. Dust in flour and deep in egg. Then deep in oat until well-covered.

Step 2
Heat oil in a medium frying pan and when hot fry cheese slices until nicely colored on both sides. Allow to drain on kitchen paper.

Step 3
Serve warm with green salad and a nice pear chutney.
