Try this raw salad with highly nutritious beets that contain antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and detoxification properties! Super easy, super healthy!

Serves: 6 Preparation time: 20′ Cooks in:Ready in: 20′

5 medium beetroots, peeled
5 carrots, peeled
1 green apple, peeled
½ cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
5 tbsp white wine vinegar
parsley, chopped
salt, freshly ground black pepper


Step 1
Coarsely grate beetroot, carrots and apple and drain in a colander.

Strep 2
In a serving bowl mix walnuts, oil, vinegar and all grated ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.

Step 3
Sprinkle with parsley on top and serve immediately.
