Ingredients
150gr tarama (white fish roe)
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp liquid from squeezed, grated onion
2-3 lemons, juiced
1½-2 cups sunflower oil
Method
Step 1
Whizz well white fish roe with water, lemon zest and onion liquid for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add in batches lemon juice and oil alternating these two ingredients until it reaches a mousse consistency and gets a nice lemony taste, for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until needed.
