Easy and super tasty, this is a delicious frozen yogurt that everyone will love!

Serves: 6 Prep. time: 15′ + 6h waiting Cooks in: 30′ Ready in: 45′

1 kg strained yogurt full-fat
500 g granulated sugar
100 g strawberry marmalade

For the lemon sauce:
2 lemons, peeled
250 g granulated sugar
1 lemon, juiced

Step 1
Sauce: Cut lemon peel thin like matchsticks and boil in water for 5 min. on high heat. Drain. In a sauce pan boil 250 ml water with lemon juice and sticks and sugar. Boil on high heat until liquid reduces at ⅔. Allow to cool.

Step 2
Beat yogurt and sugar together on medium speed for 10-15 minutes until fluffy and creamy. Add marmalade 1 min before you stop your mixer. Pop it into a stainless container and freeze for at least 6 hours. Serve drizzling with lemon sauce.
