The perfect everyday snack for the whole family!

250 g dark chocolate
1 pomegranate, the seeds
100 g cashews, lightly toasted


Step 1
Melt chocolate in bain-marie (break chocolate and transfer into a
heatproof bowl. Sit over a pan of lightly simmering water and allow the
chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat.

Step 2
Stir in half pomegranate seeds and 60 g cashews. Transfer in a shallow
baking dish lined with baking parchment.

Step 3
Sprinkle with remaining seeds and nuts. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Break
in chunks and enjoy.
