Simple salad, no complications, great flavor!

Serves:Preparation time: 25′ Cooks in:Ready in: 25′

For the salad:
500g fresh spinach leaves, washed, drained
4 spring onions, finely chopped
¼ cup dill, finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
12 strawberries

For the dressing:
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
1 tbsp sweet red wine
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp spicy mustard
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
For the dressing: In a bowl pour all ingredients and whisk until well combined.

Step 2
In a large serving bowl chop spinach leaves with hands. Add spring onions and dill. Toss well. Season with salt, sprinkle with sesame seeds and scatter strawberries on top.

Step 3
Drizzle your salad with the dressing, toss again and serve.
