Ingredients
For the salad:

1 curly green lettuce
1 curly red lettuce
2 big handfuls rocket
1 radish, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 chicory, the leaves separated
2 fresh onions, finely chopped
1 carrot, thinly sliced with potato peeler
Kosher salt

For the vinaigrette:
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsps orange juice
1 orange, zested
1 lemon, zested
2 tbsps red wine vinegar
1 tsp runny honey
½ lemon, juiced
Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper

Method
Step 1

For the vinaigrette: Whisk vinegar, lemon zest and juice, orange juice and salt in a medium bowl. Add oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly, until combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2
For the salad: Wash greens thoroughly and drain well. In a large bowl, combine all greens, season lightly and toss gently.

Step 3
Drizzle with the vinaigrette, toss gently and serve immediately.
