Ingredients
1 chicken breast, boneless, in cubes
1 chicken leg, boneless, in cubes
1 large pork sausage with orange, sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ cup white wine, dry
1 tsp curry
1 tbsp mustard powder
500 gr white mushrooms, sliced
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
salt, black pepper freshly ground
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large heavy bottomed frying pan and cook mushrooms well for 2-3 minutes until nicely browned.
Step 2
Scoop out mushrooms and place on a plate. Then add and cook onion for 3 minutes until softened. Add chicken and sausage pieces, season well with salt and pepper, mustard powder and curry.
Step 3
When all meat is nicely browned, add garlic, cook for 1 minute and pour in the wine. When alcohol evaporates, add ½ cup of water and cook in medium-low heat until all liquid evaporates and meat is done.
Step 4
Remove pan from heat, stir in the mushrooms and serve immediately with a nice glass of cold beer, raki or tsipouro.
