A very tasty recipe you can prepare in no time for your family to enjoy. Accompany the lamb with rice or fries.

Ingredients
1 kilo boneless lamb meat, cut into small cubes
1 can of beer
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 rosemary sprig
½ teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper
Method
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the cubes of lamb meat with the onion and the butter over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the beer, the salt, the pepper, the vinegar and the rosemary and simmer for 30-40 minutes until all the fluids are evaporated.
